The rooftop’s epicenter is the penthouse lounge where the main bar is flanked by comfy seating and floor to ceiling windows. Stepping out onto the vast outdoor space known as The Deck (East Terrace) guests can unwind under the stars at tables or private cabanas under the glow of the Empire Hotel’s iconic neon sign. Opposite of that is the rooftop terrace, where a glass convertible roof allows the party to continue no matter what the weather.
